Join the practice
Recruitment opens each autumn. Expect up to eight hours per week, and live client work from the first semester.
Time commitment
Up to eight hours per week during the academic year. That includes project delivery, internal training and client meetings.
Process
- Apply — open to first-year students in the NYU I-O Psychology master’s program.
- Train — methods, client norms, confidentiality and tooling before you touch live work.
- Deliver — contribute on an active engagement under a project lead.
- Lead — experienced consultants take phase ownership and mentor newer members.
